About the Role:
Coaching is the core offering at Embarc Collective and is our process of facilitating and accelerating the professional growth, productivity, and fulfillment of our Founders and Members. Every coach is trained in our methodology to provide consistent, customized, and high-quality support that helps founders move their businesses toward their goals.
As Embarc Collective’s Fundraising Strategist, you will serve as a trusted guide to founders preparing for or actively raising capital. You will advise Founders as they manage their fundraising journey, from developing a clear capital strategy to managing investor outreach to closing the deal.
This role is for someone who thrives on empowering founders**, not doing the work for them**. You’ll embody our Socratic approach to coaching by asking the right questions, surfacing insights, and supporting founders to make informed, confident decisions.
This is a part-time, contracted role and is ineligible for benefits. Contractors typically support Embarc Collective’s coaching team for approximately 10–20 hours per month, with flexibility based on demand and availability. This role works closely with the coaching team to ensure aligned, high-quality support for member companies.
